Questions
Do you work in English?
Yes. We answer emails, Viber and WhatsApp messages and phone calls in English. The returns and documents for the Bulgarian authorities are in Bulgarian, and we explain in English what each of them means.
Do you work with companies outside Yambol?
Yes. We serve companies from all over Bulgaria online – the documents come by email and we file the returns electronically. If you are in Yambol, you are welcome in our office.
What do I need to send you every month?
Purchase and sales invoices, bank statements, cash documents and anything about your employees – for example sick notes or contract changes. Photos or scanned copies are enough.
Is the annual closing included in the monthly fee?
Yes. The annual financial statements and the annual tax returns of the company are included in the monthly accounting fee.
Can I change accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. You can switch at any time – we take over the records and reports from the previous accountant and continue without interruption.
