The fee depends on your company – how many documents you have, whether you are VAT registered, what you do and whether you have employees. Fill in the details and we will reply with an exact monthly price.
What the price depends on
- Documents per month – the most important factor. A company with a few invoices costs less than a shop with many cash reports.
- VAT registration – adds monthly ledgers and returns.
- Activity – trade, construction and manufacturing need more work than services.
- Employees – contracts, payroll, sick leave and holidays.
- EU transactions and platforms – VIES returns, OSS, intra-community supplies.
Questions
Why don't you publish your prices?
Two companies with the same number of documents can need very different work. We prefer to give you an exact price for your company rather than an approximate one.
Is the annual closing included?
Yes. The annual financial statements and the annual corporate tax return are included in the monthly fee.
Can I switch accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. We take over the accounting from the beginning of the next month and help you receive the documents from your previous accountant.
Do I have to live in Bulgaria?
No. We work with owners who live in Bulgaria and abroad. Tell us where you live – it matters for your personal taxes and social security, and we take it into account.
