What online accounting includes

What you need

Questions
Do I need to come to your office?
No. Everything can be done at a distance – the contract is signed electronically or by courier, the documents are sent by email and we file the returns electronically. If you are in Yambol, you are always welcome in our office.
Can I run my Bulgarian company while living abroad?
Yes, many owners do. We keep the accounts and deal with the tax office in Bulgaria, and you approve payments and important decisions online. Where you pay income tax and social security depends on where you live and work – we check this with you at the start.
How do I send the documents?
By email or to a shared cloud folder – photos or scanned copies are enough for the bookkeeping. You keep the originals.
How much does online accounting cost?
It depends on the number of documents, VAT registration, the activity and the employees. Send us your company details and we will reply with an exact monthly fee. The annual closing is included.
Do you work with online shops that sell abroad?
Yes. We keep the books of shops that sell through their own website and through platforms such as Amazon, including OSS registration and returns.
